Luckily, with the help of Jonathan’s expert trumpet playing and a cameo from Carpadium guitarist Ryan Bell, we managed to pull it off, to a surprisingly enthusiastic crowd response. With only about 14 minutes of our set filled, we decided “Sober,” the last song of the set, would have to become an epic, 20-minute musical odyssey.
